PHOTO USAGE
All images and/or photographs on FineArtPhotoblog.com are copyrighted materials (©2007-2009), each image to their respective photographer. Images and/or photographs from this site may not be used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from the image owner. Approved non-commercial uses include web site or blog posts that are relevant to FineArtPhotoblog.com, its artists, works or mission, whereas proper visible credit to the image owner is clearly displayed. Contact information for each artist can be found on the Photographers page.
PURCHASING
Each artist maintains the point of sale responsibility for their own works; FineArtPhotoblog.com is merely an avenue for the transaction to take place.
Purchasing and production of unsigned work is handled via a 3rd party vendor (ImageKind, RedBubble, etc.) of the artists’ choice. Questions and concerns during this process should be handled directly with the artist.
Purchasing of signed work takes place via the integrated shopping cart on-site. The funds are deposited to a central account and the artist is notified of the sale and paid in full. The buyer will be contacted by the photographer regarding the purchase. The artist is then responsible for production, packaging, shipping of the print, and communication with the buyer. “Signed Print” prices include shipping, taxes, etc. We strongly suggest that the buyer communicates with the artist prior to the purchase of a signed print.
COMMENTS
FineArtPhotoblog.com maintains an open comment policy. All comments are moderated – any rude, abrasive or otherwise unprofessional comments will be filtered accordingly. Egregious language will result in the banning of the associated IP address from FineArtPhotoblog.com.
