The organization of laconic statement of the staff has very much helped the photographer, if the background was picked up from light shades, all highlight of the staff was lost and to estimate it not should anything. The black colour of a background has helped to remove contrast on the necessary level, the colours and tone at the expense of it are transferred very naturally.
