My second triptych, using photos that I took in Coloñia del Sacramento, Uruguay. I found a red vespa parked in a quiet street and couldn’t resist taking photos, not only of the scooter in it’s setting but close ups of the logo and speedometer. I then combined a couple of the images with a sepia toned photo of a cobbled street (very typical of Coloñia’s historical quarter) to make this triptych. I added some texture to the vespa photos. For me, this set captures the romance and mystery of this beautiful colonial town.
