I made this image at the Cincinnati Zoo. It was Spring and the flowers were in full bloom - it was truly simply gorgeous.

I made this image at the Cincinnati Zoo. It was Spring and the flowers were in full bloom – it was truly simply gorgeous. I was using a very long lens to compress the perspective and just fill the frame with color. In my mind’s eye, I saw all the colors sort of blending together – more colors than flowers. Photoshop was used to create the painterly look in the final artwork.
